    WHO WE ARE?
    Kodeks Yapı was founded back in 2008 by Civil Engineer Harun Ali Arcasoy and Electronic Engineer Hakan Reşit Arcasoy in Istanbul, Turkey.

    With its experienced technical staff and solution partners, Kodeks Yapı offers project design, application and consultancy services in the fields of construction, decoration, renovation, office and store furniture, electrical and mechanical engineering.

    Airport terminal buildings, shopping centers, movie theaters, sports facilities, bank branches, residences, villas, office buildings, restaurant buildings, chain and concept stores are among its construction, design and renovation spaces.

    Our philosophy is to establish a partnership relationship with our customers, to understand their needs and expectations, to generate solutions, to deliver the projects on time, and to produce innovative, economical solutions by adhering to the system at all phases of the project and combining the state-of-the-art technology with the correct materials in our design and application tasks.

    Our vision is to provide added value to our customers and solution partners by offering high quality results and economical prices, and by abstaining from “one-time job” mentality.

    Our mission is to create a strong customer chain with the mentality that each happy customer is a new reference.

    Harun Ali Arcasoy
    He was born in 1976 in Muğla, Turkey. After completing his primary, secondary and high school education in Aydın, he studied Civil Engineering in Yıldız Technical University, Istanbul and graduated in 1993.

    He began his career in Isfalt. After that, he took manager roles in Soyak and Mudo. And since 2008, he is working as managing partner in Kodeks Yapı.

    Hakan Reşit Arcasoy
    He was born in 1973 in Izmir, Turkey. After completing his primary, secondary and high school education in Aydın, he studied Electronics & Communication Engineering in the Faculty of Electrical and Electronic Engineering of Istanbul Technical University, Istanbul and graduated in 1990.

    He began his career in Vestel. After that, he took manager roles in Avea and Netaş. And since 2008, he is working as managing partner in Kodeks Yapı.

    Examples of some of the projects carried out for corporate companies are as follows:

    Mudo; the architectural design and turn-key application of the Marmaris marina store.

    Vodafone; renewal of 20 stores around Turkey according to the new concept in a period of 3 months within the scope of platinum shop corporate identity renewal project.

    TAV; renovation of the current terminal building with 2000 m2 area within the scope of Antalya Gazipaşa Airport renewal project; construction and commissioning of the generator building.

    TAV; various trim works within the scope of Atatürk Airport international terminal improvement project.

    Tepe İnşaat; various trim works in multiple projects.

    LC Waikiki; various trim works in stores opened all around Turkey.

    Metro Asset Management; renovation and construction works besides design and consultancy services for shopping centers.

    Multi Development; turn-key renovation works, construction, electrical and mechanical tasks besides design and consultancy services for Forum Shopping Centers throughout Turkey.
